Evonik Industries’ Inorganic Materials Business Unit has announced a price increase for pigment blacks, effective for deliveries in Europe from Feb. 1, 2008.      Manufacturing costs of pigment blacks have been increasing continuously for some time, and feedstock costs are now at an all-time high.
